As much as I love cooking I’ve never been one to want to cook in a restaurant kitchen. But I do think there’s some things that happen in restaurant kitchens that can help you to cook better at home. Mis En Place is one of those things. All it means is everything in its place - or in my head it’s all about a bit of prep and/or planning and setting your kitchen up in way that makes it easy for you to cook on the fly. So let’s dive into some of the things I do in my kitchen and some things to think about to make it work for you.
